For the next class on Friday 6th Oct, you will be required to do the following:
1) Register for a Yahoo e-mail account. If you have one already, skip this step.
2) after you have logged to your Yahoo account, go to http://geocities.yahoo.com. Register for a free web hosting account.
3) Log into your Geocities account.
4) Explore the site and find out the ways to create a web page or to upload files.
5) when you are done, please send your geocities url (such as http://geocities.com/binaryclass ) to my email, binaryclass@yahoo.com

I received only 9 emails from the students regarding their web URLs.
The others who haven't sent me that, please do so.
I have attached here a sample HTML that you can upload to your Geocities site and use for publishing your details.
1) Please upload it to your site.
2) Read the comment . They explain the tags for you.
3) Replace the text within the tags with your own titles and contents but please leave the filename as it is.
I will check your site on Thursday.

1. Your definition of EC Level of commitment for your site (refer Strauss, "E-Marketing")
2. Your E-Business objectives ( refer Strauss, "E-Marketing")
3. Your EC Business model ( refer http://digitalenterprise.org/models/models.html )
4. A discussion on how would you plan your site to support your business model (no 3)
Two page length document (saved as MS Word doc) is sufficient. Bring a softcopy or mail them to me ( binaryclass@gmail.com). type the words nicely and arrange them in paragraphs; not point forms.
