Knights' Tour

One of the more interesting puzzlers for chess buffs
is the Knight's Tour problem. It was proposed by
Euler, a mathematician. Euler wonders whether the
chess piece called knight could move around an empty
chessboard and touch each of the 64 squares once and
only once.

Help Euler to discover the answer by developing a
solution and implementing it using C Language program.
Your solution shall include the use of functions,
arrays and proper control structure.

The Malaysian government has selected several
applications to be the pioneering projects in the
E-Goverment initiatives that would benefit the
citizen. One of them is the electronic procurement
system known as 'E-Perolehan'.

Write a report regarding 'E-Perolehan'. Your report
shall include the features of the system, its benefits
and its limitations. Inclusion of the comparison
against the similar systems from developed countries
would be an addded advantage.
